1. We will call you to the phone number you have provided, to identify your needs and to clarify the purpose (s) of the student's lessons and other questions that may arise; 2. We will register you and arrange a time and a day for the test session; 3. All the instructions to access your student account for the lessons will be sent to you; 4. There will be a free test session for the student to meet and get to know the teacher, for the teacher to test the student to determine their level and draw up a training plan; 5. Once the student confirms that the teacher and online environment are very good, then lessons can begin.

PAYMENTS: After the first 30 minutes trial lesson, when the student concludes that he / she likes everything and the teacher is fantastic, an invoice will be generated; Payment is payable once a month for the reserved monthly classes. RULES: Every Friday of the week, all the students at the school has to review their schedules for the next week. If the reserved lesson has to be moved to another time in that week, school administration needs to be notified up until Friday 22:00; If the student has not notified the school administration until Friday 22:00 about the following week and did not attend to their reserved lesson, the student will still need to pay for their missed lesson. If the student is unwell, the student will need to provide a doctors note.

After 10 years of teaching in a physical school environment, we moved online due to the global pandemic. We have been operating in the online environment since March 2020, we can really compare now, because we have had feedback from our students! Online, means: 1. ''Your PERFECT location!''; 2. The ability to focus ONLY on the lesson and have everything you need at hand, it cannot happen, that you have suddenly forgotten something at home; 3. Overloaded daily schedules are very common, so instead of going to a physical location for your lessons, after work or school, you actually drive home, make a hot tea, wash your face, eat something and then go to your online classroom where your ''progress team'' await without any stress! What could be better than that! Note: From March 2020, we have worked hard to create the perfect online environment for our students. We do not teach with Skype, Zoom, or Google meet, but we have our own interactive and very efficient platform, where a person can feel like they are in a real classroom. We even perfected it to such an extent, that we can even teach maths, physics and chemistry, because to teach these subjects online, you really have to think carefully and prepare the environment!
